Engineering Detail

Promo S.p.A., Strength through Engineering Thanks to ongoing dialogue between the company’s engineers, technicians and architects, every detail in a Promo S.p.A. project – from picking the most effective construction solution to designing interfaces and interactions between the various construction elements, all the way through to the production and installation processes – is very closely monitored.

Promo S.p.A.’s organized team of specialists allows it to accompany both client and designer through the creative and executive process in every work, including the ability to intervene on any aspect of design.

Load-bearing structures in metal, buffers, frames, curtain walls and leading-edge cladding are just some of the things our company works on every single day. Whatever the job, we identify the optimal solution from constructive, functional and architectural points of view.

At the design stage, the company works alongside the customer, like a true partner offering support when selecting materials, picking the best-performing technologies, and identifying economic- and time-enhancing solutions.

Downstream from the design choices made, at all times complying with applicable laws and regulations, the controlled production process then commences.

Executive development takes place after meticulous analysis, backed up by detail design and leading-edge software used specially to engineer the work. Promo S.p.A. uses BIM design supported by Tekla Structures, an application that models three-dimensional structures in great detail, defining every technological component, storing data and facilitating the subsequent realization of executive drawings and assembly cards.

Installation of the work is enhanced through pre-installation technical assessments and, on occasion, controlled in-factory pre-assembly to optimize site chronology and logistics, while also helping to avoid interference with other work.
